Events

We want to facilitate more local connection for ourselves and those around us. We want to spread the community-building skills of interpersonal support, communication, and constructive conflict.

The most reliable way to know about upcoming events is to join our events google group. Email events@walkingseed.org with how you heard about us or what interests you about connecting with us to request to join.

Here you’ll find posting of events, upcoming or passed, depending on how regularly we update the page.

Motivation
Capitalism has always been tyrannical, ever widening inequality and legalized oppression/extraction. Instead of seeing and treating people transactionally, we need to find our way to a culture and systems that reject transactionality and care for each other relationally. Elements of that caring culture have always remained in ours, no matter how oppressive things have become. While we don’t know how to get fully there, we do believe that strengthening our local relational network is a critical step. Please join us in learning, growing, and befriending.
